Hiring: Area Manager – Food Production Cleaner

Full-time, Pallamana SA

We are looking for an Area Manager that understands the importance and can continually manage compliance across safety, cleaning & hygiene in the food industry.

The ideal candidate will be confident coordinating and leading operations of sites within geographical portfolio, achieving high levels of customer service and satisfaction, accompanied by consistent achievement of cleanliness standards.

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Build and maintain relationships to enhance the reputation of the company.
• Ensure employees are equipped with the necessary tools to conduct their responsibilities, namely, PPE, consumables, and machinery.
• Promote and ensure Area compliance with all relevant quality standards and frameworks including but not limited to cleaning and safety management systems, human resource policy and procedures, workplace health & safety policies and procedures and security.
• Report in a timely manner and proactively address grievances, serious breaches in service delivery by progressing timely corrective action.
• Management of services provision by Liaison with customers to resolve concerns proactively, while implementing continuous improvement processes & procedures, with the correct consultation and action for overall success.
• Active participation in client meetings, demonstrating value and overall interest in a successful relationship and delivery of service.
• Operational excellence focusing on streamlining processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring that all locations under your portfolio operate at peak efficiency.
• Create a values-driven, safe employment environment that attracts, engages, and retains skilled employees, while overseeing the recruitment and selection process.
• Implementation of cost-effective solutions, that do not compromise quality, service, and overall reputation of the company.
• Delivering financial and non-financial targets according to strategic and operational plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
